zambesi mission regards complaints as opportunities to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person or organisation that has made the complaint.
Complaints may come from supporters, stakeholders or partner organisations. A complaint may be made verbally, by phone, by email or by letter.
Written complaints may be sent to zambesi mission at York Baptist Church, Priory Street, York, YO1 6EX or by email to email@example.com. Verbal complaints may be made by phone to 01904 674748 or in person to any of zambesi mission’s staff or trustees or at any weekly meetings or Sunday services that the mission participates in. Full copies of the complaints policy with details of the complaint handling process will be made available to all complainants or on request.
